From what I remember, my pet started acting like they didn’t feel well after eating this, so I decided not to keep giving it to them. I can’t say for sure it was the food, but based on that experience, we stopped using it...

"The Rewards Program Turned Into a Whole Saga"
I really thought the loyalty rewards were going to be a nice little bonus, but wow, it has been way more annoying than it should be. My points either don’t show up correctly or take ages to appear, like I’m waiting for some grand reveal that never comes. I reached out to support, and all I got back were generic replies that didn’t actually fix anything. It feels like they managed to turn something simple into a full-blown ordeal. At this point, it’s just not worth my time if the rewards system barely works

"Expected Better for My Dog"
I expected this to be a more nutritious option for my dog, but it just didn’t feel like it lived up to that. I was hoping for something I could feel good about feeding regularly, and instead I’m left disappointed. What made it more frustrating was getting what felt like a canned apology instead of an actual helpful response. I don’t need a copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience” — I just want better quality and a real answer

I really wanted to like this food because it seemed decent at first, and my dog did eat it without much fuss. But after a couple of days, his stools got loose and stayed that way for days. Maybe it works great for other dogs, but I’m not totally convinced it was easy on his stomach.

i mean, I really wanted this to work since I tried it through Purinaforprofessionals, but my dogs just weren’t into it. They both sniffed it, took a couple bites, and then walked away from the bowl. I ended up having to mix in other food every time just to get them to eat it. For us, it wasn’t worth it.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from purinaforprofessionals thinking it’d show up fast, but it ended up taking forever, or at least it felt that way. I didn’t really get clear updates either, so I was just kind of checking the tracking over and over. By the time it finally arrived, I’d already gotten frustrated and bought food somewhere else. Overall, not really what I expected, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain time.

I’ve had a good experience with the products themselves, but the pricing gives me mixed feelings. It seems to jump around a bit, and as a smaller buyer, it doesn’t always feel very fair. The quality is there, but the overall vibe of the pricing makes it harder to feel confident ordering regularly.

"Tracking Was Useless"
I ordered from Purinaforprofessionals the tracking wasn’t much help. It stayed on the same status for days, so I couldn’t tell if my order had actually shipped or was just sitting somewhere. Customer support did get back to me, but the response was slow and didn’t really clear anything up. My order eventually arrived, but based on this experience, I’d say their tracking system could definitely use some improvement.

I was just trying to reorder the same food I got before, but the site made it feel like a whole project. My cart kept changing on its own, the login step was a pain, and I ended up having to start over twice. Little things like items disappearing or quantities not staying put got old really fast. If you’re in a hurry and just need to get food ordered quickly, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the hassle

I went on Purinaforprofessionals hoping to get some samples, but it was kind of disappointing. It seemed like they promised an easy way to try products before buying more, but once I got there, the options felt really limited and it wasn’t clear what you could actually request. The site itself works fine, but the whole sampling part didn’t really live up to what I expected.

I had an issue with my order and it took way longer than it should have to get a real answer. Support did eventually sort it out, which I appreciate, but I had to follow up more than once to keep things moving. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just frustrating because it felt preventable.

I found the site useful overall and it does have some good info, but I kept running into formulas where the ingredient details weren’t very clear. I was trying to compare a few options it got frustrating. Like, great, thanks for the overview, but what am I actually putting in my body? Until that’s easier to find, I don’t feel like I can fully trust it.

"Good food, but the packaging and response could be better"
I ordered from purinaforprofessionals.com and the food itself seemed totally fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up beat up, and one of the bags had a small tear near the top, so there was a bit of a mess to clean up. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but it didn’t feel like the order was handled with much care. For a professional supply site, I expected better packing, and I was also hoping for a faster response when I reached out about it.
